Musa Willie hailed from Karnga, Tehr District Bomi County. He has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Strayer University and a master’s degree in Human Services from Wilmington University, Delaware. He is a 2012 graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Academy with several certificates in different areas of professional development studies. He is well experienced in community development issues and providing free leadership development support for small organizations in the Philadelphia area and other parts of the US. He is currently teaching Leadership & Personal Development at the Tuazama Leadership online school based in the US. Musa is also credited for being one of the brains behind the revamping of NBCAA.

L. Vannie B. Mamey is the son of MusuConneh-Mamey who hails from Suehn-Mecca District, Bomi County. Mr. Mamey is a former student leader of the University of Liberia and former chief investigator of the Independent National Commission on Human Right of the Republic of Liberia. He is currently a certified Human Rights consultant from the United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, USIDHR. L Vannie Mameyhas several medical certifications that include, CNA, RNA, HHA, ACNA, etc. He is the CEO/Managing Partner of ‘Diversity Care Supported Living Services’ in California. Mr. Mamey also has a background in Computer Science and management. He is a scholar and former editor-in-chief of the “ULSU Spokesman” newspaper of the University of Liberia. He is the acting secretary general of Suehn- Mecca District Association in America and the current secretary general of NBCAA.
